When Obamacare was still a bill, Nancy Pelosi told us the behemoth legislation would "not add one dime to the deficit", and Congress had to "pass the bill to find out what is in it". As it turns out, there were 18 different tax hikes in the the bill to bleed the private sector and reduce federal revenue growth by suffocating economic expansion.
